Return within 7 days for store credit. Credit matches the original amount. Item must be in original condition.

Shipping Policy

We ship domestically and internationally. Countries we ship to are available at checkout, along with shipping rates and estimated delivery times.


We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses provided to us that result in misdelivery. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, our shipping partner may dispose of the package, and we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.


We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package has been marked as delivered to the correct address, we take no responsibility for any theft or misplacement that may occur after delivery.


Insurance & Claims
All packages are tracked and insured through our shipping provider. If mishandling occurs during transit, please contact us at contact@horsemom.co.nz, and we will work with our shipping provider to assist in resolving the issue.
